Owner & Co-Founder
Carolyn Weirick is a credentialed school counselor and experienced college admissions consultant with a deep commitment to helping students find their best-fit colleges–whether they are pursuing majors in business, the humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, engineering, visual arts, and those navigating learning differences or Division III athletic recruitment.
Over the past 18 years, Carolyn has led successful college counseling teams and built programs from the ground up, including creating the counseling program at the Waldorf School in Pasadena, California. In her current role as Parent & Family Relations Coordinator at Stevens Institute of Technology, she has a unique window into how colleges operate behind the scenes—insight she uses to better support students and their families throughout the college admissions journey.
Carolyn is widely sought out for her nearly two decades of experience supporting not only students with ADHD, executive functioning challenges, and neurodiverse profiles—including those on the autism spectrum—but also their families as they navigate the path toward college. Her former co-ownership of Integrated Learning Solutions, an educational services company in San Marino, California focused on assessment and support for students with learning differences, has given her deep insight into both the challenges and the unique strengths each student brings to the college admissions process.
In addition to supporting high school students, Carolyn works closely with middle school students and their parents, providing personalized, supportive guidance as they explore and plan academic and extracurricular paths that build a strong foundation for college and beyond.
Carolyn attended both Claremont McKenna College and the University of Oregon. She has traveled widely across the country, visiting dozens of college campuses, and believes that college fit is deeply personal and goes far beyond rankings. As a proud parent of three boys—a recent graduate with a master’s in engineering and two current college students—she brings both professional expertise and personal perspective to her work. When not guiding students, she enjoys visiting college campuses, cheering on her sons' teams, and exploring new cities across the U.S.
