Capstone-produced video content hosted by YouTube and embedded on this site are property of Capstone, all rights reserved, and are subject both to Capstone's Privacy Policy and YouTube's Terms of Service. Capstone produced content may not be downloaded, shared, or modified without authorization, and is available to view on this site for authorized parties only.
If you upload images to the Website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. (This function is not presently available to Website visitors). Visitors to the Website or search engine users can download and extract any location data present in images on the Website.
Contact forms
If you contact us through forms on our Website, your contact information and message may be sent to us by way of our Mailchimp account. Mailchimp has its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review at https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/. Personal information gathered from contact forms will be retained securely for the purposes of returning your correspondence. We will never send unsolicited email or phone calls using information provided in these forms. If you use a form to contact us, we cannot delete the message or the email address provided when sending it, but we can delete your name and phone number (if provided) upon request to info@capstoneadvisers.com.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue, as well as to encourage integrity among those commenting on our site. If you would like us to delete your comment data and metadata permanently, please contact info@capstoneadvisers.com with the subject line “Delete Comment History & Data”. If you request that we delete your comment history and data, the entire comment history associated with your account will be erased permanently.
