Our Approach
Capstone provides team-oriented private college and graduate school counseling along with comprehensive educational planning for students and their families. We use our expertise to advise and support students at all levels of academic achievement with interests in all subject areas, including those who aren’t sure what they want to study.
Team
When you work with Capstone, you partner with our entire team. Each student and family work closely with one Capstone counselor, but we believe that our clients benefit greatly from the educational and professional backgrounds, perspectives, and travel and life experiences of the entire team.
Support
Capstone’s proven process supports students and families, reducing stress and keeping you on track and on time to achieve your education goals. We also have resources and experience to help you on your educational pathway if you have learning differences, ADHD, or health challenges.

Through our comprehensive application counseling services for grades 11-12, Capstone will support your efforts to identify and successfully apply to colleges where you will thrive.
Medical School & Health Sciences
Capstone also offers planning and application counseling services for college students & graduates interested in medical school or graduate programs in the health sciences.
Support for Learning Differences
Capstone supports students with various types of learning differences including ADHD, ASD, anxiety, executive functioning issues and more. We also provide unique support for highly gifted students.
Middle & High School Education Planning
Through Capstone's DEVELOP program, we offer ongoing age-appropriate educational, extracurricular, and pre-college planning services for students in grades 7-10.
NCAA Division III Athletic Recruitment
If you are looking for recruitment to NCAA Division III college sports, Capstone's consultants are experienced and knowledgeable with special resources and guidance for you.
Personalized Writing & Essay Coaching
Capstone offers writing support and essay coaching for all students who want to improve. Our essay specialists use a personalized approach to help our students discover their inner author.
